Swim, bike and run through the Thames Valley with triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon and open-water swim challenges in Marlow.
Take on a multisport challenge in the heart of the Thames Valley. One on the River – Marlow brings triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon and open-water swimming together at Higginson Park, beside the River Thames. Choose your challenge with Middle, Standard and Sprint options across the multisport disciplines, or take to the Thames for a standalone 750m, 1500m or 3000m open-water swim. The event combines an open-water River Thames swim, cycling through the surrounding countryside and running around Marlow, creating a brilliant race-day experience for experienced multisport athletes and those taking on a new challenge. All courses are fully marked and marshalled, with chip timing, a finisher's medal, medical support and event photography. One river. Multiple challenges. Your race.

GETTING THERE
The event village is located in Higginson Park, Lower Pound Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2AE. What3Words: nets.width.pigtails On arrival, please follow the event signage to the event village and registration area. Please allow plenty of time for parking, registration and transition setup before your race. Final parking and access information will be provided in the pre-race information.
PRE-RACE INFORMATION
Sunday 30 May 2027 · Higginson Park, Marlow
Race pack collection takes place at the Registration Tent in Higginson Park on race morning. Your timing chip, bib number and, where applicable, bike and helmet stickers and swim hat will be available for collection. Nothing is sent by post. The transition area will open before the first race. Participants entering transition must display their corresponding event number and bike sticker. All swim, bike and run courses will be fully marked and marshalled. The number of laps will depend on your chosen discipline and distance. There is no bag drop for this event. Please leave belongings that you do not need in transition or in your vehicle. Free portable toilets are available in the event village. There are no toilets on the course. Water will be available at the start and finish, with water available on the run route and a self-service bottle refill point on the bike course. Food and refreshments will be available in the event village. Detailed start times, route information and final race-day instructions will be sent to registered participants ahead of the event.
