Autumn legs. Fast laps. Time to race. OneRace and Mornington Chasers return to Regent's Park for the November 10K — the pick of the autumn calendar for anyone chasing a time before the year is out. Three laps of the Outer Circle paths, all on tarmac, entirely closed to traffic. Crisp air, firm ground and a course with almost nothing in the way of climbing: the conditions runners come back for year after year. Mornington Chasers pacers run from 40 through to 70 minutes, so you can sit on a target from the first kilometre and let someone else do the maths. Autumn 10K. THREE LAPS. ONE FAST SUNDAY MORNING.

GETTING THERE
The event village is located at Cumberland Green in Regent’s Park, just inside Chester Gate on Chester Road and adjacent to The Broad Walk Café, NW1 4N. Regent’s Park is easily accessible by public transport from across London. Please allow plenty of time to arrive before the race.
PRE-RACE INFORMATION

The Regent’s Park 10K starts at 09:00, with race number collection open from 08:00 at the Registration Tent. The fast, traffic-free course is entirely on tarmac paths and consists of three laps, with marshals, directional signage and kilometre markers throughout.
